How much are the fashion tours per person?

We offer two different options: 150€ per person for the semi-private experience and 350€ per person for the VIP experience.

How do You Know I Will Like the Stores You Bring Me to During the Shopping Tours?

Before the tour, our team will contact you and send you a short questionary to fill out.
We will ask you about your style, budget, approximate size, and height, etc. to make sure you will be satisfied with our service.
Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any particular requests.

How Much Will I Spend During the Shopping Tour?

That depends on your budget. We have a wide range of shops we can bring you to, from affordable (less than 100€) up to high luxury.

On Your Tours, How Much Walking Is There?

Usually, we walk an average of 1 km on our tours. Please wear comfortable shoes. If you don’t feel like walking, we also provide a supplementary chauffeur service.

Where Do We Meet Our Tour Leader?

If you choose the VIP Shopping experience, our tour leader will meet you outside your accommodation. If you choose the semi-private experience, details with the meeting point will always be sent to you by email before the tour. The tour leader will be there to support and help you throughout the duration of the tour.

Can You Help Me Find My Wedding Dress in Italy?

Sure, we can. Our personal shoppers are thrilled to help brides find the wedding dress of their dreams

What Kind of Merchandise Can We Expect on the Shopping Tours?

The shops we work with have different kinds of merchandise. At the moment, we offer the opportunity to purchase merchandise from local fashion designersinternational luxury brandsvintage vendors, and local artisans.
You can choose from jewelry (fashion to fine), bags, shoes, leather goods, women’s, men’s, and kid’s clothing (contemporary, classic, dressy, and casual), and fragrances

Do You Offer All Sizes During the Shopping Tours?

We try to accommodate all body types. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific requests.  

I Can’t Travel to Italy. Do You Have Any Online Fashion Services?

Of course, we do! FF Tour offers online courses, ebooks and consultations.

Do You Offer Refunds?

We can issue refunds if you cancel any of our services 1 month in advance (4 weeks prior to the service).

I Am Only Accompanying my Wife/Husband on the Shopping Tour. Do I Have to Pay?

To keep the experience intimate and personalized, every guest who joins the tour needs to reserve a spot, even if they are accompanying someone who is shopping.
This ensures we maintain a high-quality experience for everyone and stay within the capacity limits set by the boutiques and artisans we visit.

What is the difference between the Standard Tour and the VIP Tour?

Both tours offer insider access to boutiques and artisans in Italy, but the Standard Tour is semi-private (you’ll possibly share the experience with a few other guests).
The VIP Tour is fully private—just you, your group, and your guide—plus added luxuries like champagne, snacks, and a mini makeup session.
Choose the VIP Tour if you want a more intimate, pampered, and customized experience.

Is it mandatory to spend something during the tour?

No—there’s absolutely no requirement to buy anything.
The value of the tour is in the expert guidance, insider access, and curated experience, not in how much you spend.
You’ll visit boutiques, ateliers, and hidden gems that most tourists never find, but you’re never pressured to purchase.
If you do choose to buy, great—you’ll have access to experts who help you make the right choices.
If you don’t, you still get the full experience, the education, and the exclusive access.
You’re paying for the expertise. What you buy is completely up to you.

Can I visit your physical office?

Sure, we’re at Via dei Benci 21, Florence. Please contact us to make an appointment.

How far in advance should I book?

Our tours and workshops have very limited spots and fill up fast, especially during peak season.
Booking early guarantees availability and allows us to tailor the experience to you.

What happens if it rains?

All tours and workshops run rain or shine.
Most of the experience takes place indoors, so your itinerary isn’t affected, and you still enjoy the full value of the day.

What if I have dietary restrictions for the VIP snacks?

We can accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice.
Just tell us what you require, and we’ll make sure your VIP experience is seamless.

Do the artisans or shop owners speak English?

Many do, and when they don’t, we provide translation so you still enjoy the full experience and insights.

How long does each workshop or tour last?

Most experiences last between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the activity.

Absolutely.
Most of our guests are solo travelers — these experiences are designed to be safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for individuals.
