  • What is the difference between the Standard Tour and the VIP Tour?

    Both tours offer insider access to boutiques and artisans in Italy, but the Standard Tour is semi-private (you’ll possibly share the experience with a few other guests).
    The VIP Tour is fully private—just you, your group, and your guide—plus added luxuries like prosecco, snacks, and a mini makeup session for each participant. Choose the VIP Tour if you want a more intimate, pampered, and customized experience.

  • How do You Know I Will Like the Stores You Bring Me to During the Shopping Tours?

    Before the tour, our team will contact you and send you a short questionary to fill out.
    We will ask you about your style, budget, approximate size, and height, etc. to make sure you will be satisfied with our service.
    Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any particular requests.

  • How Much Will I Spend During the Shopping Tour?

    That depends on your budget. We have a wide range of shops we can bring you to, from affordable (less than 100€) up to high luxury.

  • On Your Tours, How Much Walking Is There?

    Usually, we walk an average of 1 km on our tours. Please wear comfortable shoes. If you don’t feel like walking, we also provide a supplementary chauffeur service.

  • Where Do We Meet Our Personal Shopper?

    To make things smooth, our tour leader will meet you outside your accommodation. Details will always be sent to you by email before the tour. The tour leader will be there to support and help you throughout the duration of the tour.

  • What Kind of Merchandise Can We Expect on the Shopping Tours?

    The shops we work with have different kinds of merchandise. At the moment, we offer the opportunity to purchase merchandise from local fashion designers, international luxury brands, vintage vendors, and local artisans.
    You can choose from jewelry (fashion to fine), bags, shoes, leather goods, women’s, men’s, and kid’s clothing (contemporary, classic, dressy, and casual), and fragrances.

  • Do You Offer Refunds?

    We can issue refunds if you cancel any of our services 1 month in advance (4 weeks prior to the service).

Important Information

  • Please look out for the confirmation email with meeting point information as well as the questionnaire.
  • For bigger groups, please get in touch for a personalized quote.
  • It is possible to do this tour with either strollers or wheelchairs, though keep in mind much of Italy is paved with wide cobblestones.
  • This tour lasts 3 hours. We offer two starting times: 10 am and 2 pm. Please get in touch for a personalized starting time.
  • The tour is bookable from Monday to Sunday throughout the year.
  • In English or Italian.
  • Purchases made during the tour and transportation are not included in the tour.
  • Foods or Drinks are not included in the Standard Tour. If you book the VIP Package, there’s one drink per participant (glass of wine/soft drinks) with snacks (including Italian-style sandwiches, chips, olives, etc.)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund when the cancellation occurs 4 weeks before the tour.
  • No refund for a cancellation that occurs after that.
